Description : Hamda said: “Despite all the difficulties that I have been through, I still have a dream. I want to finish university and build myself up. I will never surrender.” Hamda is trying to spread awareness among her community in the refugee center on a voluntary basis. Herself and her mother struggle to have a better life in Yemen. Despite her mother's reassurances that one day they will go back home, Hamda prefers to live in Yemen where she grew up.

However, those hopes have been jeopardized by a conflict that has raged since March 2015. ICRC spoke to ten people now living in Sana'a to get a sense of the challenges they face.”
