Description :
The first priority of the ICRC was to ensure that the patients who had been admitted to our hospital in Maiwut continued to receive the medical treatment and surgical interventions they need. For their protection and continuum of care, the ICRC thus relocated 22 patients with need of surgical follow-up to our mobile surgical team in Old Fangak. All patients were evacuated by air from Maiwut to Old Fangak and are now receiving treatment in Old Fangak.
