Description :
Each day, more than 10000 people cross the check-point. The way from one side of the conflict to the other is long and difficult especially for pedestrians with diseases. Thanks to ICRC and Ukrainian Red Cross Society joint assistance project, people who cross have an access to first aid in the “grey zone”. The volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society assist them and get them to an ambulance if needed.
The ICRC continues to donate medical items to the first aid post, which was installed and equipped in 2017 with its support.
