Description : This 30-year-old young father chose to raise his first child in Bamako, away from his native village, where the only residents remaining are his father and a few other elders: "There is nothing left in Mbouna. The land is dead and nothing grows anymore. It is hard for a farmer like me not to know anymore how to grow plants. The young all left to find work in the city so they can provide for their parents and their families. If one day water comes back in my village, I'll return with my son and we'll cultivate our fields".
