"We were finishing an operation when we heard a huge explosion. The whole operating room shook. We knew it was an explosion and that we were going to get a lot of casualties," says this surgeon, days after two bombs exploded the 29 october 2022, at the Zobe junction, a busy intersection in Mogadishu, killing at least 121 people.
