In this mountainous region with no water sources, the majority of households are supplied by tanker trucks from private companies, which are more expensive than the municipal company (Urban Water Supply and Sewerage Corporation, UWASS). This water supply project aims to improve health, the economy, education and safety.
12,500 inhabitants, clinics and schools will benefit from this installation.
