Description :
Dans le cadre d'un accord conclu entre Israël et le Hezbollah, grâce à la médiation des autorités allemandes, le CICR a rapatrié d'Israël les corps de 60 citoyens libanais. Les corps ont été remis par Israël au CICR le 29.1.2004 au poste frontière de Rosh Hanikra/Ras Naqoura, d'où l'insitution les a accompagnés au Liban.
