Igor, a 47 year old farmer, is a father of six. Him and his wife already had a garden, hens and fruits but needed a little help to increase their production and be able to sell some of it.
One of the micro-economic initiatives in the form of ATC projects.
These projects consist of a distribution of agricultural and other trade and craft items, with which the beneficiaries can start to become self-sufficient.
