Taliko is a retired teacher who lives alone. Her small pension does not allow her to cope with her needs. She will be able to make and sell clothes to complement this pension.
One of the micro-economic initiatives in the form of ATC projects.
These projects consist of a distribution of agricultural and other trade and craft items, with which the beneficiaries can start to become self-sufficient.
