Le CICR a contribué financièrement à la construction du patio 4 pour les femmes détenues, dans le cadre du projet Mère et enfant.
The detainee has another son. Her daughter was conceived while her husband was detained in the prison La Modelo. Since he was transferred to another distant prison, the father never saw his daughter. She had to make a choice: either be transfered to a prison closer to him or stay in Bogota close to her first child living at her in-laws. She decided not to be transfered and be able to be visited by her 4 year old son.
