Description :
As part of the United Arab Emirates Red Crescent (UAERC) emergency preparedness and response strategy, the ICRC Kuwait Regional Delegation organised a preparatory training of trainers in first aid, from 14 to 18 September 2014, in Abu Dhabi. About 20 participants from different branches with some basic knowledge and practical experience in first aid, and other with advanced first aid training participated in the training. The training aimed at enhancing the participant’s skills and confidence in the management of emergency situations beyond the techniques, as well as sensitising them with the basic skills of facilitating a first aid training course.
