Description :
By chance, the family came to know of the ICRC through their local mosque and the girl has been able to get physiotherapy treatment and home care through the ICRC’s orthopaedic centre in Kabul. Soon she will join the wheelchair basketball program, a recent development amongst the many activities that the centre offers.
