Description :
As the eldest of the three children, she is now in charge of the family. She cooks, cleans, and cares for her brothers and great uncle, whose wife died many years ago. The children hadn't heard from their mother until a Red Cross message arrived last April: She had arrived in Germany. Now that they are in touch again, the children speak with their mother often. The family hopes to be reunited if their application is approved by the authorities, in which case the ICRC would follow the family reunification. The whereabouts of their father, who disappeared at the time their mother left for Germany, are unknown.
