Description :
The ICRC launched its Ante Disappearance Data Collection Program in Lebanon. The program aims at gathering detailed information on the disappeared, from their families, which would help in future identification as well as compiling an accurate and consolidated list of missing persons. This information is compiled and stored with the ICRC until a national commission is formed.
