“I love the connection with patients and sometimes I got too attached” she said, adding: “it is not always a good thing to get attached to a patient, because you are too much involved in their story”.
Maya has always wanted to be a nurse: “I am happy when my patients get better and independent”.
“Ali reminds me of my son who wants to drive a motor bike. I asked Ali to tell my son that it can be dangerous,” Maya said, adding: “He likes music, like I do. I spend time teaching him how to play piano”.
