Description :
The town was heavily damaged by the fighting. The essential services such as running water, electricity and central heating have been disrupted.
“My son is a student. How would he study here without electricity? I don’t want him to come back”, explains Olga. She returned to Lyman for her job and found her house heavily damaged. She covered broken windows with plastic and uses firewood for heating.
