Description :
Gereida is one of the largest internally displaced persons camp in Darfur, where the majority of the people in the camp are women and children. The ICRC is now covering the basic food, health, water and sanitation needs in the camp.
The ICRC remains committed to alleviating the suffering of civilians affected by the armed conflict which have caused massive population displacemente and the destruction of their livelihoods.
