Description :
Between January and March 2013, ICRC teams evacuated some 50 casualties to medical facilities. Volunteers from the Red Cross Society of the Democratic Republic of the Congo evacuated dozens of wounded and sick people. In the same period, ICRC surgeons operated on over 530 war casualties in the two Kivu provinces.
