Description :
Many people are sick from drinking water from the polluted river Putumayo. The ICRC has a program to distribute water tanks and material to gather rain water from the roofs of the people's houses.
Photo taken along the Colombian border, in Northern Ecuador, in an area where there is a high rate of Colombian refugees.
