Description :
The “one-insulated room” program, set up by the ICRC in 2022, included 10 insulation projects in its first phase, with beneficiaries selected on the basis of assessments.
The program proved effective, and was resumed in 2023 to run until 2025. This time, it includes certain adjustments, such as the replacement of a caravan with one in a dwelling deemed unfit for habitation.
Between 2022 and 2024, 31 projects were completed.
