L'hôpital a été pillé et les patients agressés lors du conflit. Il comptait environ 500 patients dont certains manquent encore. Le CICR avait déjà participé à la réhabilitation de tout le système technique avant la guerre. Il s'occupe maintenant de la reconstruction d'urgence.
Le Président s'entretient avec le personnel de l'hôpital.
The hospital was looted and some of the patients attacked during the conflict. 500 patients were cared for in this hospital, some of them are still missing. The ICRC had already taken part in the rehabilitation of all technical equipments prior to the war. It now deals with emergency reconstruction.
