Description :
The ICRC engineer is directing trucks and buldozers, coordinating the construction of a camp at Thiramadu, a patch of land next to a railway line 700m from the sea. This will be a permanent camp, with each family receiving 250 square metres of land, initially for tents but possibly later for houses.
