Description :
In Valagnanmadam, north of Mullaitivu, 75 percent of the coastal population have been affected by the tsunami. Here, a fishing community huddles in a transit camp, squeezed in between the sea and a lagoon. Today, the last arrivals are settling into their tents and collecting the kitchen and other equipment they will need to make them habitable. The 85 fishermen's families will be here for 4 to 6 months. The whole fishing industry will have to be rebuilt.
