Description :
Between January and May 2014, a total of 240 unaccompanied children, including 84 formerly associated with armed forces or groups, were reunited with their families by the ICRC, in some cases in other countries.
After passing the border at Bunagana, the children are very excited and happy to return to DRC. They sing and jump for joy at the idea to see their families soon. A litlle boy, only 7 years old, is doing the victory sign and shouts: "They said I was going home tomorrow, to my home, in Kitchanga! I will finally live with my family again, I am so happy!"
