Lyari. This man was born and raised in this area where the fighting took place between two gangs. He fled with his family one night when he could no long bear the violence. Upon his return he says that nothing is the same, the sense of fear still lingers even though he knows the fighting is over. Seeing the destruction around him, every day, is a constant reminder of the past. He is standing at the spot where his old school was in which he and his sisters studied. It is not there anymore because it was wiped out during the fighting.
