Description :
ICRC head of delegation Peter Stocker signs the visitors' book.
The exhibit was inaugurated on 14 February 2006 by Mr Stocker and the National Society branch director general, Dr Alaeddin. On the same day, a square in the centre of the city was dedicated to the "IRCS Martyrs"; in its centre there is a sculpture representing the Red Cross, the world, the seven Fundamental Principles and the Red Crescent.
