Description :
The exhibition was inaugurated on 14 February 2006 by ICRC head of delegation Peter G. Stocker and National Society branch director Dr Alaeddin. On the same day, a square in the centre of the city was dedicated to the "IRCS Martyrs"; in its centre there is a sculpture representing the Red Cross, the world, the seven Fundamental Principles and the Red Crescent.
