Description :
This woman and her family lost their home in 2000 when they fled from the fighting to Ingushetia, where they lived in a tent in a displaced persons camp. They returned to Grozny in 2004, where they now live in rented accommodation. She is the only income earner, supporting a family of four children. Her husband was disabled in a car accident in 1995. On a good day she earns 900 to 1000 roubles. The average monthly salary in Chechnya is 5000 to 6000 roubles.
