Description :
Tsa Vedeno is a village in the mountains, said to be surrounded by FSB (Russian security) troops and militia posts. A contingent of Russian soldiers is also located nearby.
The community of Tsa Vedeno is willing to build a water tank and do the work needed to capture the water at its source. Villagers are cutting wood and installing new pipes to connect the collector to the water tank in the village.
Here, they are digging trenches to take the pipes. All supplies are provided by the ICRC, with the community contributing machines and manpower.
