Every morning, the young doctors from the Medina hospital visit their old and new patients. An average of 30 new war wounded patients arrive at the Medina hospital every day.
Mogadishu Medical University is providing tertiary education in the Somali capital. The University opened its doors as a non-governmental, non-profit institution for higher learning in 1997, and has since been able to train thousands of Somalia's upcoming [doctors?].
