Since she arrived in the internally displaced persons camp in Yola, she has not been able to go to school because her family, who had lost almost everything when they fled, cannot afford the fees.

And when families flee their homes, they get split up. Many displaced people are hosted in villages and towns. This puts a burden on those communities as well.
