Description :
This event was an opportunity for persons with disabilities to raise awareness and share stories on the explosive remnants of war. The event also included a wheelchair basketball game and a photo exhibition for the invitees, many of whom underwent treatment at the ICRC’s physical rehabilitation centre.
In 2020, the ICRC and the SARC conducted risk education sessions on the danger of landmines for over 20,000 beneficiaries across Aleppo governorate.
