Description :
The car the man was travelling in hit an improvised explosive device on a road in Dand, a district near Kandahar. He was admitted to the outpatient department of the Mirwais hospital on the 19th october 2010. Two other civilians in the car were severely injured and admitted to the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) military hospital on Kandahar Air Field. The dead man was brought to the hospital by the two Afghan National Police (ANP) officers who were manning a checkpoint along the road.
