Description :
In the ICRC War Wounded project, local taxi drivers are paid to transport war wounded people to Mirwais hospital, in Kandahar city. After the patients have been checked, they will be refferred to the outpatient department unit of Mirwais hospital next door, and the taxi driver will return to be paid.
