Rahmo, 26, is mother of five.
- We used to make it with four cows, she said, but two of them stopped giving milk because we hadn't any grass for them. Then all of them died, and number of days went along with waiting and we didn't know what to do. We came to Mogadishu but we couldn't find solution there either. We heard that there were no security problem here, but we couldn't imagine living like this. Many have stayed behind where we lived but all the small farmers have left. I was pregnant and I had to give birth on a roadside. The lorry we went in just stopped and I went out and gave birth and then on again. They were thinking of leaving me there but I shouted that I wanted to go further. They finally took me. I have nothing to offer my children here, all they had today was some tea and now it is almost evening. We have nothing but no other choice than to stay, I have nowhere to go. And I have no thoughts and hopes for the future.
