Description : The ICRC's interaction with the detainees can take many forms – from private, in-person talks, as seen in the previous pictures, to the quick delivery of a Red Cross Message (RCM) as demonstrated here. Since 2002, the ICRC has exchanged more than 70,000 written RCMs between the detainees and their families around the world. Some meetings between delegates and detainees also take place in communal areas.
