Description :
ICRC teams include detention and protection specialists, legal experts and a medical doctor, who are based out of our regional delegation in Washington DC. Because the detainees speak many different languages – from Arabic and Farsi to Pashto and Urdu – we also fly in specialized detention delegates from across the globe.
