Description :
A 19 years old boy is kept before his surgery. He suffers from inguana hernia. He is about to be operated but lack of health care and financial sufficiency after typhoon Haiyan delayed his surgery.
The ICRC emergency hospital is equipped to provide services to a population of 150,000 to 200,000. Services are being provided free of charge. It is supported by the Norwegian Red Cross and the German Red Cross.
