Description :
They are coming back from an ICRC water tanker, providing them with drinking water. The typhoon destroyed their deep well and made the water salty, unfit to drink.
The girl is called Ilviero, she has seen four people die in Bashaio because of typhoon Haiyan. Her younger brother suffered from diarrhoea after drinking water from the destroyed well.
