Description :
The posting of the first lists of names of persons "who are alive" after the Tsunami and who were registered by PMI / ICRC. The relatives without news on the whereabouts of their loved will read the names in order to hopefully find the ones of their sought relatives. If so, the contact among lost family members will be re-established.
