L'hôpital, soutenu à cent poucent par le CICR contient 67 lits continuellement occupés. Les médecins et chirurgiens de l'hôpital réalisent en moyenne 4 a 5 opérations par jour et sont spécialisés dans la médecine de guerre. C'est l'un des deux hôpitaux généraux public de Mogadiscio auquel ont accès les Somaliens les plus démunis.
The hospital, which is entirely funded by the ICRC, has 67 beds, none of which is ever empty. Its doctors and surgeons perform 4 to 5 operations per day and are specialized in war surgery. It is one of two general public hospitals in Mogadishu to which the poorest Somalis have access.
