Now that the fields are cleared, it is important to reconnect them to the main irrigation system. "Even though the irrigation system was damaged and it might take several weeks to repair it, we must lay the pipelines already now to be ready to receive water for irrigation in the coming months," explains Ismaeel, one of the brothers in the Al Attar family who is an agricultural plumber.
