Description :
Two hours after the spraying, the inmates are allowed to return to their cells with all their belongings. Each inmate is also given soap and a mat.
The prison holds roughly 2,600 people, more than three times its maximum capacity of 800. Detainees share space with vast numbers of disease-bearing insects. The ICRC conducts disinfestation operations to improve hygiene and living conditions in the prison.
