Description :
The prison holds roughly 2,600 people, more than three times its maximum capacity of 800. It is located a few hundreds meters from the historical centre of the city.
The ICRC renovates the kitchens and the washing-place, builts new showers and latrines and clean up the old ones to improve the living conditions of the detainees.
