Description :
The hardest think, according to Eddy, is when a detainees says that he is sick in the middle of the night and asks to get out of the room. At that moment this is a very hard decision to make.
The prison holds roughly 2,600 people, more than three times its maximum capacity of 800.
The ICRC renovates the kitchens and the washing-place, builts new showers and latrines and clean up the old ones to improve the living conditions of the detainees.
