Description :
In cooperation with the Senegalese Red Cross Society, the ICRC provides counselling during a workshop for community leaders, traditional and religious representatives as well as local authorities in Tambacounda region. The aim is to strengthen the participants’ ability to provide practical information and administrative support to families of missing migrants to deal with legal implications of the absence of their loved one. Moreover, this workshop increases community acceptance and reduces marginalization.
