Description :
The ICRC helps these young boys trace their families and then rejoin them. It provides regular in-kind support to the centre, where children live in "families" of groups of boys and receive schooling; they also take part in activities that help them overcome their experiences, build their skills and ease their re-entry into civilian life (these activities include painting, crafts and sports).

Many of these children have not received any, or sufficient, schooling; the centre teaches them reading and writing as well as other subjects, such as mathematics.
