Caption : Baghdad, Adamiyah district. Tiba, 14 years old, shares a sleeping area with her two siblings, 2-year-old Ikhlas and 13-year-old Seif, inside a one-room temporary shelter. Tiba and her siblings all suffer thalassemia, a blood disease, and spend most of their day lying in bed. Their family is from Fallujah and they fled their home due to the violence there. Tiba's family cannot afford treatment for thalassemia at the hospital.
