Description :
She was born in Bethlehem and now lives in Dheisheh Camp.
Her son was arrested in 2004 and is serving a life sentence in Israel. After years of having her application rejected for security reasons, the ICRC managed to persuade the authorities to issue a permit for her to visit her detained son. With the support of the ICRC’s family visit program she can now see her son regularly.
