This man is a 52 years old farmer.
Since 2000, the ICRC has been actively providing various services to the residents of Al-Janyeh, including ensuring access to their lands for Palestinian farmers during the olive harvesting season and monitoring their situation to ensure their protection.
“We consider the ICRC as a humanitarian organization not only for us but also for the whole world,” he says. He adds: “The ICRC helped me when my two sons were arrested. They facilitated family visits to their place of detention. Our relationship with the ICRC became so strong that it cannot be described in one line.”
